Do you deal with Quality Control?
Quality Control At our Company, quality control is a top priority. Here’s how we ensure the highest standards for our products:
Fabric Inspection: Before Printing: All fabric undergoes thorough inspection before printing. Any flaws are meticulously marked After printing, fabric is inspected again. If the number of flaws exceeds our standard grade, it is either returned or reprinted..
QC Team Measures and Checks: Our dedicated QC team measures garments, checks for flaws, stains, and tests stress areas. We maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process.pot Checks by Managers: The production manager and assistant manager conduct random spot checks during the order cycle.
Transparency for You: We provide photos and videos of everything you want to see. Regular QC inspections are performed to assess your products each time you place an order.
What is a tech pack? you make it for me?
A tech pack serves as the blueprint for your design, providing essential details for manufacturing. Here’s what it typically includes:CAD Drawings: These detailed computer-aided design (CAD) drawings showcase your garment’s visual elements, such as shape, style, and proportions.Garment Details: Stitching techniques, trims (buttons, zippers, etc.), and other specific features are outlined. The tech pack ensures that your manufacturer understands precisely how to construct your design. Size Grading Specifications: Size grading refers to adjusting the pattern to create different sizes (small, medium, large, etc.). The tech pack specifies the grading rules for each size.Measurements: Precise measurements for each part of the garment (sleeves, waist, length, etc.) are included. These measurements guide the pattern-making process. Updates During Sampling: Tech packs evolve as you move through the sample process. Any design changes should be reflected in the updated tech pack.
Our Role: We provide comprehensive tech packs to ensure your designs are both trendy and wearable. By aligning our understanding with that of our manufacturer, we strive for the highest quality in your products. Submitting Samples: You have two options: Physical Samples: Send us physical samples along with any alteration instructions. We’ll use these to estimate production costs.
You can either send us your physical samples (with any alteration instructions) or you can take pictures of your samples and edit these images to include your seam measurements, then include them in your tech packs. Once you send your physical samples to us, we will use them to obtain production costs for you. This will take longer than if we have your tech packs but it does make things much easier if you are looking to replicate your samples.
Image-Based Samples: Alternatively, take pictures of your samples and edit them to include seam measurements. Include these images in your tech packs. Remember, whether you have detailed sketches or physical samples, we’ll work closely with you to create tech packs that bring your vision to life!
